They had a full life in Michigan and loved being near Lake St. Clair, often enjoying summer days at Metro Beach. In 1987, they returned to Strongsville OH and resided there until 2015.
Both Dwayne and Judi became very active in Strongsville United Methodist Church. Judi also began to volunteer with Strongsville Historical Society, the Fourth Angel program through Cleveland Clinic and later with Southwest Hospice. Judi returned to Michigan in 2015 to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She resided at American House – Cottage in Grosse Pointe Farms beginning in Independent Living and then moving into Memory Care in 2018.
