Kelly earned a Bachelor's degree in engineering from Oakland University. She served as a mechanical engineer for 38 years. As past secretary of the Michigan Brittany Club, Kelly's love of Brittanys was unsurpassed and she was highly respected as a breeder and made lifelong friends.
