Marion Anne Molloy

Marion Molloy passed away on September 14, 2016 at the age of 57. She was born on August 23, 1959 in Grosse Pointe; daughter of George and Evelyn (nee Shaheen) Nehra. Marion attended Our Lady Star of the Sea for grade school and graduated from Grosse Pointe North in 1977. She worked as an administrative assistant for Nelf, Jorgenson, & Company. She was a huge asset to the company with her intelligence, work ethic, and knack for solving problems. She will be remembered for her fun loving, kind and compassionate nature. Marion was a selfless woman always thinking of others and putting their needs ahead of her own. Marion had many interests including baking and music. She loved gardening and experiencing the nature around her. Her house was always decorated for the holidays. She truly made an impression with everyone that she met and will be missed by everyone that knew her. Marion is survived by her loving daughter Mollie. She leaves behind her siblings Mark (Sara) Nehra, Sandra (Craig) Schwan, George Nehra, and Christine (Joseph) Wilhelm. She is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband James and her parents. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 17th from 2:00 pm until 9:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods. Her funeral will be held on Sunday at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
