Mark Andrew Jackowski

Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Kelly Boukis; his son, Jacob Jackowski; loving stepsons, Justin Boukis, Brent Boukis, and the late Nekko Boukis; cherished granddaughter, Adalyn, who lovingly referred to him as “Papa”; and loving sister, JoAnn Bailey (Karl). Mark is preceded in death by his loving brothers, Doug Jackowski and Chris Jackowski.

Mark was a quiet, gentle, caring, and supportive soul. He was truly a loving and devoted family man. Fitness was a big part of Mark’s life, and he was committed to going to the gym six days a week. He was a great handyman and could build or repair anything from electrical, to plumbing, and even woodworking. Mark loved taking care of animals, whether it was feeding his backyard squirrels and birds, or helping a sick, stray animal in need. He also enjoyed cooking, especially making meals for his family.

A visitation will be held for Mark on Sunday, March 29, 2026 from 1PM-9PM, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave. Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, March 30, 2026 at 12 Noon, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home.
