Mary Conrad was born in Detroit to Irving and Amelia Conrad. She grew up in the Old Town neighborhood on Detroit's eastside. Recently she moved to her home "Wildwood" in Harrison Township. She worked in the airline industry for many years as a manager in cargo operations. Following her retirement, she acquired a part time bartender position at Tom's Oyster Bar for something to do. She was known fondly as "Priceless". Besides her work and friends, Mary enjoyed the companionship of her animals. She passed away January 29th at Karmanos Cancer Institute in Detroit, Michigan. Mary is survived by her fianc, Russ Beaver and his family along with best friend Patti Molloy and her family. Friends will receive visitors Sunday 1pm until 5pm and Monday 2pm until 8pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236. Funeral will be held Tuesday 11am at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
