Paula Mary Rademacher

Paula Mary Rademacher was born December 2, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan and entered into rest May 5, 2016 in Harrison Township, Michigan at the age of 76. She was the loving wife of Eugene for 56 years and beloved mother of Diane (Stephen) Hoelscher, Gregory (Karen), Jill (Randy) Gutierrez, and Lynn (Brian) Gault. Paula was grandmother to Katherine, Mark, Nathaniel, Clarissa, Anneliese, Laura, Grace, Rose, Theodore, Benjamin, and Charlotte and sister of Carl (Mary Lou) Schulte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Paula will be remembered by her family and friends as being fiesty and funny. She was unapologetically herself, determined, strong and smart. She loved her family and friends deeply and found her soft side more recently showing her love and gratitude every chance she got. She had a deep faith and shared it with her children. She loved bowling (and all her bowling friends) and was an amazing bowler with many 200 games and high series to her credit. Paula also liked antiquing and any Pistons, Lions or Tigers game on TV had her attention. We will miss her dearly and know she is probably cracking the angels up right now. Visitation Saturday 2-9 pm with scripture service 7:00 pm at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Avenue at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods. Funeral Monday, instate 11:30am until time of Mass 12:00pm at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 21620 Greater Mack, St. Clair Shores. Monsignor Ricardo Bass will be officiating. Burial Tuesday at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Detroit. Memorial contributions may be made to The Believe Foundation.
