Raymond Davis

Raymond Davis, age 82, died on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the age of 82. He was born on Monday, May 4, 1936 in Bronx, New York. He is the son of Samuel and Frieda Davis. Raymond was a resident of Bethany Villa on John R Road in Troy for several years and then moved to Pine Ridge on Plumbrook Road in Sterling Heights for 8 years. He loved watching old movies and the New York Yankees baseball team. He was seen all over metro Detroit and also on his way to work riding his three wheeled bicycle. He worked for Farmer Jack at Dequindre and 16 Mile Road for several years and was also employed at Kroger at John R and 16 Mile Road until his retirement approximately 20 years ago. Son of the late Samuel and Frieda Davis. Brother of Marianne (Ronald) Morian. Uncle of Deborah Leigh (John) Verbruggen and Pamela Ann (Kurt) Pfeiffer. Nephew of Faye (the late Gerald) Jacobs. Also survived by numerous great nieces and great nephews. Private interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan will be taking place in the near future.
