Mrs. Ruth Deyampert, age 80, went home to be with the Lord Sept. 28. 2017. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Dr. David A. Deyampert; loving mother o David Jr., Ira, John (Ertha), Althea, Lynn, and the late William, Crystal, and Sherry; proud grand mother of John, Brandon, Andrace, Tarnisha, Dennis, and Diamond;; great grandmother of Nashad, Ahni, Imani, and Ricardo; dear sister of the late Betty and Johnnie; beloved aunt of several nieces and nephews. Ruth was a chaplain for St. Anthony Health Care Center for 14 years, and co-pastor at Triumph Baptist Church for 27 years. She enjoyed crafting, cooking, telling jokes, and gospel music.
