Sandy Hawes (nee Wonsowicz) passed away on December 29, 2015 at the age of 55. She was born on May 16, 1960; daughter of Richard and Louise (nee Waitr) Wonsowicz. Sandy graduated from Centerline High School in 1978. She began working at the age of 18 at Tacom in Warren. She retired this May after 37 years of employment. She was a fun loving person and the life of the party. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Sandy loved and was proud of her daughter Heather. She will be missed by her father Richard Wonsowicz, and siblings Mark (Denise), Ken (Karen), Paul, and Jodie (Steve) Matouk. She is survived by many loving relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her mother Louise in 1992. A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday day from 2:00 until 9:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, at Masonic, Warren. Her memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 am at the funeral home.
