Sheila R Book passed away peacefully on July 12,2020. She was predeceased by her husbands Frederick James Robinson II and Herbert V Book, as well as grandson Tobias K Stenson and son-in-law Curtis Seichter.

She is survived by 4 children: Frederick James Robinson III ( Kiki) of Grosse Pointe Farms, MI , Sheila R Henken of Winnetka, IL, Bailey R Stenson (Dennis) of Fort Collins, CO, and Merrill R Peterson ( Peter) of Beverly Hills, MI.

Sheila was the adored grandmother of 10 grandchildren: James Robinson (Yvette), Chris Robinson ( Kourtney), Heather McDermott ( John), Lindsey Watson ( Ryan), Eric Henken ( Victoria), Toby Stenson, Amber Stenson, Aaron Stenson ( Tera), Conrad Seichter ( Melissa), and Cameron Seichter.

She also had 12 great grandchildren who adored their “GG”

Sheila was born in Perrysburg, OH as the youngest of 4 children and the only daughter of Marvin and GB Rorick, and is survived by brother Richard Rorick ( Marcia) of Ponte Vedra, FL. She was a woman of great faith, a good friend to many, and most of all an incredible mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. In 1985, she built a home on the shores of Lake Huron — her “ log cabin in the woods”. This became a gathering spot for multiple generations of her beloved family for the past 35 years. She was our rock, and a true matriarch.

A private funeral service will take place on July 31, and a gathering to celebrate Sheila’s life will occur at a later date.
