Sheila M. Farrar

Sheila M. Farrar, age 62, a resident of St. Clair Shores passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at her home. Sheila was born November 23, 1954 in Detroit to Charles and Alma Farrar. Sheila was the owner and operator of T-Shirts Eastland in Eastland Mall and recently retired. She enjoyed watching movies, television, and the HGTV network. Sheila was a very proud mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Most importantly to her was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Loving mother of Michael (April) Ebey, Michelle (Chris) Benner, Andrea (Andy) Misuraca, and Gretchen (David) Newcomb. Loved grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Tim (Kathy), Patti (Ken) Perlin, Karen (Mark) Highfield, Gary (Vito Maniaci), Charles (Karen), and Cathleen (Bill) Stief. Visitation Thursday from 3-9PM at the A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Ave. at Vernier Rd., Grosse Pointe Woods, MI with a rosary at 7PM. In state Friday 10AM until time of funeral Mass 10:30AM at our Lady Star Of The Sea Catholic Church, 467 Fairford Rd. Grosse Pointe Woods, MI 48236.
