Tommy Medina

Felipe Thomas Medina "Tommy" died Thursday, November 8, 2018 surrounded by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving parents, Chris and Daniele Wludyka of St. Clair Shores, sister Sophia, and brother Joshua. He also leaves his maternal Grandparents Harry and Virginia Crooks, his Aunt Renee Jordan, Uncle Scott, cousins Ella, Jeffrey, Colby, devoted caregiver Sharon Solosky, and many beloved family members throughout New Jersey and Michigan. Tommy loved music, was quick to laugh, and brought out the best in those who were blessed with knowing him. Visitation for Tommy will be held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack at Vernier Road, Grosse Pointe Woods with a service to be held on site at 7:00pm. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Beaumont PATCH Program- Pediatric Hospice or Keith Bovenschen School.
