

Stanley Joseph Bogue, age 75, of Grove City, Ohio passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2023. He was born October 1, 1947 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Robert Bogue and Delma (Carsey) Leslein. Stan was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He owned and operated Stan's Towing for over 40 years. He was an avid ham radio operator and enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, boating, and spending time with his family. Stan was known for his great sense of humor and loved going out to eat. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Grace Forman; sisters, Helen Esteph and Bonnie Collins; son in law, Brandon Hursey; and his adored dogs, Bella and Tally. Stan is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Beverly "Sue" Bogue; daughter, Michelle "Shellie" (Jason Martin) Hursey-Martin; son, Joseph "Joey" (Katy) Bogue; grandchildren, Matthew, Sara, and Reid; sister, Jackie (Robert "Jr") Willis; and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd., (HOOVER RD AT KINGSTON AVE), Grove City where funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Stan Kirtlan officiating. Interment Concord Cemetery.
