Wanda M. McCready

Wanda was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church, Grove City where she was involved in many activities as well as serving as a Deacon. She was also a member of the Grove City Elks. Wanda enjoyed traveling to Disney World with her family, going out to eat, enjoying the yearly trip to see the Nutcracker with her grandchildren, trips to the condo pool, and then the shopping trips to the Dollar Tree or Game Stop and then out for ice cream. Wanda also enjoyed her cocktails, a lemon drop martini or a white Russian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, George McCready and many aunts. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Renee (Robert) Covell, granddaughter, Lindsey (Darshan) Vyas; great-grandchildren, Damien Vyas, Dominic Vyas, Ariya Vyas and Davin Vyas, granddaughter, Sara Binkley, great grandchildren, Jude Binkley, Kadah Binkley, siblings, Dixie (Jack) McClaskie, Mike (Pam) Wright, half brother, Dennis Wright, half siblings, Ellen, George, Chelsa and Alice, cousins, Bev (Dave) Stickel, Donna (Jim) West, Diane Patrick and many friends and many loving family members. Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Schoedinger Grove City, 4242 Hoover Rd., (HOOVER RD AT KINGSTON AVE), Grove City. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church, 4227 Broadway, Grove City, OH 43123. Reverend Robert Tolar officiating. Interment will follow at Galloway Cemetery.
