Audrey Lee Coleman

Mrs. Audrey Coleman, 84, of Port Arthur died Friday, February 17, 2012 at St. Mary Hospital. A native of Franklin, Louisiana, she was a resident of Port Arthur for 70 years and was a retired cafeteria manager of Port Arthur Independent School District. She was a member of Rock Island Missionary Baptist Church and was also a member of the Food Service Group.

Visitation is scheduled from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at Rock Island Baptist Church with a visitation from 10 a.m. until service time with Rev. Ransom E. Howard, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

Survivors include her daughter Pamella L. Hill and her husband, Leroy of New Iberia, LA, sons, Carl M. Coleman and his wife, Sylvia, Mark A. Coleman both of Houston, TX and Kenneth W. Coleman and his wife, Trina of Port Arthur, TX. Mrs. Coleman had 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Viola Lewis Patterson, her husband Clarence Coleman, her son Christopher J. Coleman Broaden and granddaughter, Kelli Marie Hill.
