She was born on January 1, 1934 in Vietnam. She came to the United States in 1984 and had been a resident of the area since.

She is survived by her husband, Cu Dinh Tran of Vietnam, her daughters, Tran Nga (Sally) Hoang, T. Nguyet (Mary) Tran and M. Tuyet (Nikki) Tran all from United States, her sons, M. Quang Tran of Holland, M. Minh Tran and M. Chinh (Polo) Tran both of the United States, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Visitation and prayer will be on Wednesday, January 14 at 5:00 PM following Blessing of the Body Rites at 6:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Visitation and prayer of the rosary will be at 6:00 PM Thursday, January 15, at Clayton Thompson. Visitation and prayer will be at 3:00 PM Friday, January 16 at Clayton Thompson follow by a mass at 5:00 PM at the Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 AM Saturday, January 17,2015 at the Queen of Vietnam Catholic Church. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Clayton Thompson Funeral Directors.
