She was born on June 23, 1929 to Blanche Inez Sandhoff Attaway and H. E. Attaway in Port Arthur, Texas.
Eva lived most of her life in Port Arthur before moving to Silsbee ten years ago. She retired from Texaco as a clerk after 10 years of service.
Eva is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth N. Webb of Silsbee, her two daughters, Deborah Webb and Pam Webb both of Silsbee.
Her funeral service will held privately at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home. Interment will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
