Inez Marie Landry

Inez was born on October 15, 1917 in Loreauville, Louisiana to Sidney Demahy and Edna Boutte Demahy. She was a longtime resident of Groves and member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was a member and past president of Immaculate Conception Altar Society.

Survivors include her daughter, Edna JoAnn Chaisson of Walker, LA; sons, Claude R. Berwick and wife, Sheila of Beaumont, TX, Sidney James Berwick and wife, Phyllis of Port Neches, TX; grandchildren, Christy Smith and husband, Stanley, Alicia Rector and husband, Rob, Joan Marie Chaisson, John Chaisson and wife, Jenny, Jennifer Coward and husband, James , Claude Chaisson, Christopher Chaisson; great –grandchildren, Sydney, Bethany, Logan, Ashlyn, Rob IV, Dylan, Devin, Skylar, Caleb, and Maddy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Groves, Texas. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service conducted at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
