Jeffrey was born on May 21, 1955 in Port Arthur to Vernon Joseph and Joycelyn Carrier Broussard. He was baptized at an early age at Saint James Catholic Church in Port Arthur. Jeffrey was employed as a machinist helper at standard alloy for several years.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brother, Mark and Gloria Broussard, Sr. of Port Arthur, his sisters, Gail and husband Max Forster of Port Arthur, Lana and husband “Duck” Lynch of Port Arthur, Hedy Ryder of Groves and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
