Michael Sam Bruno

Michael had been a resident of Bryan since 2006 after moving there from Lake Charles, LA. He loved to read and listen to music. He could be described as a very fun and loving person who enjoyed socializing.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Julianna Bruno Rent; brother-in-law, Nick Norris, Jr.; grandparents, Inez and Louis Mallet and Sam and Mary Bruno.

His survivors include his parents, Nick and June Bruno of Groves; 4 brothers, David Bruno and wife Gayle of Bryan, Martin Bruno of Denton, Douglas Bruno of Katy, Andrew Bruno and wife Beverly of Beaumont; 3 sisters, Victoria Norris of Port Neches, Regina Gaspard and husband Norman of Bridge City, Stephanie Nahavandi and husband Hamid of Houston and a host of nieces and nephews.

A gathering of Michael's family and friends will be held on June 8, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 7:00 p.m. at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home, Port Arthur, Texas.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial immediately following in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
