Beloved wife of the late Corrado D’Orazio (2013), Adele was the devoted mother of Bruno (Sadie) and Dino (Karen). She was a proud and cherished Nonna to Nicholas and Domenic, and a deeply loved Great-Grandma to Tia, Owen, and Raelynn.
Adele had a deep love for her family and found her greatest joy in time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had a special connection with nature—she loved her garden, cherished the warm summer days, and could often be found outside enjoying the sunshine.
She will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends, all of whom were touched by her kindness, warmth, and quiet strength.
Family and friends are invited to Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin Street North, Guelph, for visitation on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, from 2–4 p.m. and 7–9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Church, 45 Victoria Road North, Guelph. Entombment to follow at Marymount Mausoleum, with a reception to follow at the Italian Canadian Club.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Adele’s memory.
Messages of condolence can be shared at www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com.
Adele’s love, laughter, and legacy will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
