Annie Lee Ociepka (McPhee) born on October 5th 1976, in Toronto Ontario, beloved daughter to Maria Ociepka, passed away suddenly in the comforts of her home on August 5th, 2021.
Annie is survived by her three children Mikailey Giberson-McPhee, Kayla Macinnis-McPhee and Samuel Macinnis-McPhee; her two siblings Janina, Kyle, and the friends she made family throughout her short journey with us.
Annie can not be summarized in any amount of words. She had the biggest personality you could imagine. Annie held her children most dearly to her heart. She had a strong enthusiasm for the arts, fashion and a deep love for the study of human rights activism. Annie had many hobbies: native beadwork, wire work jewelry design, guitar, and writing about politics.
Annie had a beautiful soul; unfortunately some people only walk this earth for a short period of time. She was a warrior, and passed her strength, energy and fierceness to her children. Annie was a reckoning, a goddess and fighter through her entire life.
Our hearts ache to see mom go, but we are happy to know that she has finally got the chance to reunite with our brother Austin and grandma Maria.
