Elizabeth Hull Gilbert

Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 20, 2020 in Guelph, Ontario in her 83rd year. Survived by her only son Dave and her grandchildren Scott and Sarah.

Born in Belfast Ireland in 1937, Lisa immigrated to Canada when she was 18 years old. She spent many years at TD Bank where she was a dedicated investment banker. Lisa and her son Dave lived in London, Ontario for several years before making the move to Guelph where she spent her final days.

The family would like to extend a big thank you to all the staff at The Village at Riverside Glen, especially in the Emma neighbourhood, for all their thoughtful and compassionate care.

Lisa's family will receive relatives and friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 10 a.m., immediately followed by a burial at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 762 Woolwich St. Guelph. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and regulations, please register for either the visitation, the service, and/or the burial using the RSVP button or call the funeral home at 519-821-5077 to reserve your spot if you wish to attend. Social distancing practices will be in place and masks are mandatory. Please note that the visit, service, and burial all require a separate RSVP.
