Francis Frank Wright

Wright, Francis (Frank) Dennis-- (November 11, 1927 – August 15, 2011) Passed away peacefully, in his 84th year, at Guelph General Hospital, on Monday, August 15, 2011. Frank Wright was predeceased by his parents Dennis and Margaret Wright, and by his loving wife Dora (2008). Frank was a caring step-father to Deb (Bill) Hasson, Maxine (Derek) Mowatt, Robert (Pam) Murdock, and Brian (Ann) Murdock, all of Guelph, Kevin (Tammy) Murdock Joe Renaud all of St. Thomas, Keith (Shirley) Murdock of Teeswater and Kim Murdock of Ottawa. Frank also leaves behind his loving cousin Joseph (Mary) Gooding of London. He will also be deeply missed by his 20 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. We would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Martin and the nurses and staff of 4 West at the Guelph General Hospital for all the care and comfort they provided Frank in his final days. Also, special thanks to all the friends and staff at LaPointe-Fisher Nursing Home. Frank Wright was a long-time member with the Red Chevron Club where he was a sergeant at arms for several years and also a long standing member of the Odd Fellows Club. The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Dublin Chapel, 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Dublin Chapel on Thursday August 18th at 11:00 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the LaPointe-Fisher Nursing Home would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home 519-822-4731 or send condolences at www.gilbertmacintyreandson.com).
