Curtis, Frank: Known by all those who met and loved him as a kind, sweet and gentle man. Frank left us May 23, 2016, leaving a void in our hearts that we will fill with wonderful memories. Frank was raised in Eramosa Township by his parents John and Mary Curtis, whom he dearly loved. Frank was always keen to step out on another adventure with his wife and best friend Anne. He enjoyed their travels to many different countries but it was travel across Canada that he loved the best. Together, they raised 6 children. Mary Beth (Marc Marcone), Francine (Gary Standen), Elisa (John Lacroix), Peter (Nata), Dan (Cassandra) and Mark (Lesley). His kids followed his example on becoming great parents. Most recently, some learned the way to become the grandparent he was to his 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Known to his perfect grandchildren and great grandchildren as Papa /Hank. He was the happiest when he was playing with them and following them in all their activities. Jason (Jenna), Sara (Dan), Kayla (Ken), Matthew (Brittany), Marc (Shay), Stephanie (Chris), Vanessa (Jamie), Vittoria, Curtis (Emily), Nicole, Megan, Lauren, Tyler, Christopher, Nick, Olivia, Wyatt, Elizabeth and Liam. Frank also enjoyed his time with his siblings Leo (late Shirley), Pat and George Cook, and Irene and George Taylor. Frank was known to his extended family and large circle of friends as never missing a social event. He was always willing to lend a helping hand for any project that came about. His quiet generosity never went unnoticed. It is with this in mind that the family request in lieu of flowers and donations, that you pay an act of kindness forward to someone in need. https://pages.giveforward.com/remembrance/page-4kfc2n/?utm_swu=8140 A celebratory mass and reception will be held at Holy Rosary Church, 175 Emma St., Guelph on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 3 pm.
