Jacquelyn Keith

Keith, Jacquelyn Ann (Jackie)-- Passed away with her family by her side , at the Guelph General Hospital on Sunday, November 22, 2015. Jackie (Rogers) Keith, in her 83rd year, was the beloved wife of the late Donald Keith (2007). She was the loving mother of Lynne and her husband Daniel Chabot of Thornhill, Michael Keith and his wife Karen of Burlington, Brad Keith of Wassaga Beach, Jacquelyn Keith of Guelph, and the late Donald Keith Jr. (2009). Jackie was the proud grandmother of Sarah , Elizabeth (Joseph), Jacob, Stephen, Tom (Katie), Brad Jr. (Kerri), Ashlee (Steven), and great-grandmother of Julianna, Riley, Leah, Hailey, and Madelyn. She was the dear sister of Donna Collins, and Ann Attwell (Ray), all of California, James Rogers (Frances) of Kitchener, Melanie Osborne of London, and the late Mary Lou Chelli, and the late John Rogers. Private cremation has taken place, with the entombment of ashes in Our Lady Immaculate mausoleum , Marymount Cemetery, Guelph, at a later date.
