My sincere condolences to Bill and girls on the loss of your wife and your mom.  The O'Leary/Wellhauser/Finkbeiner families' friendships go back to WWII days.  My personal relationship with Judy began when we attended grade school together in the 1950's and continued through to the working world.   We worked together in the same building at the University of Guelph fresh out of high school in the late 1960's.  Judy was in the Department of Zoology and I in the Department of Botany.   I remember Judy leading the parades in Guelph as the lead baton twirler ...even twirling the fire baton!  We would meet up from time to time through the years of raising our families and immediately renew our friendship.  Judy was someone who was always ready to laugh and always up for a challenge.  Rest In Peace my friend.

While George and I have only been residents of Antrim Glenn for two years, I remember meeting Judy when walking my golden Stanley, as Judy rushed off her porch  to meet Stanley and advised her daughter Patti was returning home and getting a new golden.  Fast forward , as we got our second golden Judy was always interested to meet Hudson on her walks.  Our heartfelt condolences to the whole family on the loss of Judy. I was shocked and saddened to hear of Judy’s passing and to read about her devastating disease.  She and I were very good friends years ago, we lost touch once I left Guelph but she was never forgotten. Our sincerest condolences to Bill and the girls and their families on the passing of Judy.  I had the pleasure of knowing this beautiful lady most of my life .  As well, I was lucky enough to work with Judy, Myrna Hicks and Alan Ferris for over five years.  Judy was always happy, and made your mood better no matter the circumstances.  The world is a little darker now that Judy is in heaven....but the wonderful memories of this lady will always shine bright.   I will think of Judy often and always smile...and I will thank God for givIng us the privilege of sharing some time with her.

So sorry to hear of Judy's passing.  My husband Doug McLaren spoke fondly of her and the time they shared as neighbours on Golfview in Guelph. I didn't know Judy well but the times we were together Doug and I enjoyed very much.  She will be missed.

John and I had the pleasure of looking after the horseshoe games for a few years with Judy and Bill. Judy was a bright spirit and will always be remembered with love. Such a lovely lady who dearly loved her Goldens and many dogs her in The Glen. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Bill and his girls at this time of their loss. How could I possibly put in words what a wonderful person Judy was.  She was so strong..., with a large soft heart,(Unless spiders were involved!).  I loved her laugh and all the time I was privileged to spend with her.  I will miss her greatly. She was a cool awesome woman.

Judy and I were good friends for a short time in our 20s, but I never forgot her and often wondered how she was doing. I worked with her at the Zoology Department at U of G in 1971/2. She would pick me up and drive me to and from work every day - so kind of her. We also walked across Gordon St to the Entomology Dept and played cards with one of the professors there nearly every lunch hour. We had great times together in that short period, along with her friend Barb. I left Guelph in 1972, along with my husband and lost touch. But not before attending her wedding with Bill. I’m so happy to know that they had a wonderful life together, but very sad to learn Judy has passed. My sincere condolences to Bill and the family. Judy was a very special lady as you well know.

Judy was a loving caring Wife, Mother and friend. From the first time we met, we knew we would have a wonderful friendship, we both could and would tell it as it was. We had a working relationship that many would envy, working with our MPP. Always ready to help those who could not get help. Spending time with Geraldine when she was ill. Also spending time with Pat and his famous Salmon sandwiches! I will miss our phone calls with the help of Bill. All of us will miss her, she leaves us will good memories. Myrna and Grant Hicks

What a wonderful neighbour and friend Judy was.  I'll treasure the times we sat out in the gardens sharing coffee and stories.  My condolences to Bill and your family.
