MORRISON, Lillian Mary (McCabe) - Passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Beloved wife for 60 years of William Morrison of Rockwood. Loving mother of Peter (Joanne), Shirley, Mark (Ann), Beth (Don Waller), Paul (Vicky), and Bill. Lillian was a cherished "Grandma", "Nana" and "Great-Grandma" and will be lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lillian was a dear sister-in-law of Bill and Lena Nelles, and Thelma Barnes. Predeceased by her parents, Peter and Bertha McCabe. The Morrison family wishes to thank Dr. Hosdil and Dr. Somerville as well as the nurses and the staff of the Guelph Renal Clinic. Resting at the Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Rockwood Chapel, 117 Guelph St., Rockwood, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, November 14, 2010. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Rockwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Kidney Foundation, Grand River Hospital Foundation or to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
