Matthew Haynes

HAYNES, Matthew (1999 - 2009) It is with great sadness and heartache to announce the sudden passing of Matthew Haynes, at the age of 10, on December 3, 2009, in Guelph. Loving son of J. Paul Haynes and the late Jane Taylor, and brother of Patrick and Georgia. Dear step-son of Allison Tait and step-brother of Brianna, Ella and Jaime. Matthew will be missed by his grandparents, Jean and Paul Haynes of Oakville, Tilly Taylor of Bellwood and step-grandmother, Susan Robbie. Nephew of Peter and Haili Haynes of Toronto, Andy Taylor and Maifa Filio of China, and cousin of Andrew and Cameron Haynes, and Jack Taylor. Matthew, known also as "Mad Dog", was full of life and always lit up the room when he was there. He was passionate about football, hockey, and breakdancing. He was one of a kind and although our home is still filled with people, it is noticeably emptier. A private family service will take place.
