Muriel Edith Roadknight

Muriel was a devoted mother to Donna (Rick Watson), Deborah (Paul LeRoux – predeceased), and Shirley – predeceased (Michael Keating). She was a cherished grandmother to Stephen Drake, Jennifer (Steve Spencer), Lesley (Trevor Pharoah), Charles (Wesley Whyte), Whitney (Jeremy Pritchard), Chelsea (Michael O’Connell), and Bailey LeRoux. Beloved great-grandmother to Cody, Zoe, Teagan, Hayden, Marcus, Cameron, Alyssa, Noah, Delilah, Olivia, Jade and Emily.

She was predeceased by her brothers George, Don, Reg, and Doug Keleher, and by her precious great-granddaughters Julianna and Taylor Spencer.

Muriel lived a life rooted in love, family, and simple joys. She dedicated her life to her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She found joy in playing cards, bingo, knitting, dancing, bowling, and swimming. Music was always close to her heart, and summers spent in McKellar near Parry Sound were among her fondest memories.

Her warmth, sense of humour, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home – Dublin Chapel (252 Dublin St. N. Guelph). A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Groves Memorial Hospital, in gratitude for the care and compassion shown to Muriel in her final days.
