Olga Murray

Murray, Olga Irene - July 14, 1939 - December 27, 2014. Passed away peacefully at home on December 27, 2014, in her 76th year. She is survived by her daughter Judy, her son John, her daughter Kelly and son-in-law George. Missing their Nan are grandsons Evan and Reid and granddaughters Kate and Kennedy Zakem. She was predeceased by her loving husband Dr. Joseph Murray and her son Joseph Jr. (Joey). Also predeceased by her parents Irma and Alexander Kuchma. Olga was trained as a Registered Nurse and flew as a stewardess with TransCanada Airlines. After her marriage to Joe in 1964 and the birth of their children, Olga worked alongside her husband in his medical practice on Delhi Street in Guelph. She enjoyed a good game of golf, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Our mom will be remembered as a fun-loving and gregarious lady who was always dressed "to the nines"; an elegant lady who had a spirited approach to life, which she lived to the fullest. She had a big personality that will be missed by many. Huge thanks to her son John for the love and care he provided his mom which enabled her to stay in the comfort of her home. In keeping with her wishes, there will be a private interment.
