Loving mother of April, Brenda, Marie, Nile, Jeff and Trent. Proud grandmother to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Will be missed by all friends and extended family.
Olive dedicated much of her life to education, having taught in the Northwest Territories, where she touched the lives of many students with her warmth, patience, and love of learning. In her later years, she found joy in giving back through music, volunteering in seniors' homes as a proud member of the "Silver Stars" singing group, bringing smiles and comfort through song.
An avid watercolour artist, Olive found peace and inspiration in painting, especially capturing the delicate beauty of flowers, which was a reflection of the gentle and vibrant spirit she shared with the world.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of kindness, creativity, and service lives on in the many lives she touched.
