BANNON, Paul Alexander – Went to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus on Friday, July 27, 2012 in his 56th year. Beloved husband, soul mate and high school sweetheart of Kimberley (nee McFadden) Bannon for 35 years. Loving father of Jeremy, Matt and Joanna. Cherished son of Shirley (nee Hanshaw) Bannon and the late Jerry Bannon. Loved brother of Cheryl (Dr. Edward) Ruediger, Mary Ann Pegelo, Brian Bannon and Carolyn Bannon. Lovingly remembered by many brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles and cousins. Beloved “Uncle Paul” to many nieces and nephews. Paul will be dearly missed by his co-workers at Maplehurst Correctional Facility. He will be remembered fondly by his fellow hockey dads, lacrosse dads and speed river running dads. A special thank you to the Staff at Milton District Hospital and Trillium Hospital, Mississauga, for their wonderful care and support, also the homecare staff of Revera Homecare. Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre and Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph, where family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at Koinonia Christian Fellowship (850 Sawmill Rd., Bloomingdale, ON N0B 1K0) on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation has taken place.
