Schirmer, Timothy Konrad –“Tim the Barber” Tragically, as the result of a motorcycle accident, in Guelph on Tuesday, May 8, 2007. Tim Schirmer, aged 32 years, very capably and proudly took over his father's barbershop in 1997, which has been in business in Burlington, Ontario since 1965. Beloved husband of Heather (Corbit) Schirmer. Dear father of Alecia, Lorissa and Adriana, all at home. Beloved son of Peter Schirmer and the late Hilda Schimer (1992). Dear son-in-law of Jim and Pat Corbit, and Paul and Maureen Nasso. Loving brother of Heidi (Ron), Annette (Horst), Eileen (Don), John (Elizabeth), Natanja (Dave). Dear brother-in-law of Jamie, Jim, Paul, Keith, David and Michael Corbit, Lorraine Garbutt, Joshua, Daniel, Brittany and Richard Nasso. Tim will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Arrangements entrusted at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St., Guelph. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 12, 2007 from 2-4 p.m. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
