Anne is survived by; son Richard J. (Jody) Duffin; one granddaughter, Alexandria Duffin; two grandsons, Brannon and Devin; and a twin sister, Carol.
Anne was preceded in death by her mother Nellie and her husband Ned Spriropoulos.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 10am with a visitation starting at 9am at Marsh Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children in Chicago, or Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's' Hospital of Chicago
