Antoinette Yvonne Stolarik

She was born August 15, 1936 in Waukegan, Illinois and attended Waukegan High School. Yvonne made her home in Waukegan for over 60 years. She was a stay-at-home mother and then had employment at Ricci’s Flower Shop, Henderson’s Jewelry Store and several office positions. Her last and favorite job was at Our Lady of Humility School after school care program. She loved caring for the children and helping them with their homework. Yvonne attended mass at Our Lady of Humility and enjoyed travels around the world with the church group. She enjoyed taking walks and being outside working in her yard.

She is survived by her children Kim-Ann Johns (Scott Solberg), Kathleen Dermane, Kelly Dickson and Michael Stolarik; special niece Jennifer Mendez; grandchildren Logan, Crystal, Michael, Becca, Paige and Jacob; eight great-grandchildren; her sisters Patricia Malavasic and Mary (Bill) Jakomovich; and brother, Kenneth Setterlund.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert C. Setterlund and Antoinette M. Rutkowski; sisters Francette Adams and Dorothy Mae; brother Robert Setterlund; sons-in-law Jordy Johns and Tim Dickson; and loving companion Jim Pullen.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Antoinette that will be held Friday, June 23rd, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 North Cemetery Road, Gurnee, Illinois 60031. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 24th, 2023 at Our Lady of Humility Church, 10655 West Wadsworth Road, Beach Park, Illinois 60099 with interment to follow at Ascension Catholic Cemetery, 1920 West Buckley Road, Libertyville, Illinois, 60048.
