Cindy L. Smith, 59, of Gurnee, Illinois passed away on Thursday May 23, 2019 after a long illness. May she rest in peace. Cindy was born on July 27, 1959 to George and Dorothy Wier. She is survived by her fiancé Richard L. Goodbar; sister,Debra Velchek; nephew,Erick Bailey; niece, Sarah Velchek and her beloved pet Max. Please respect the family's wishes.
