Frances S. Brisson

Frances S. Brisson, 92 of Waukegan entered into eternal life on March 6, 2015, at her home. Born February 16, 1923 in Forest Lake, Michigan. Longtime member of At. Anastasia Church. Frances enjoyed gardening and her African Violet house plants. She was retired from Abbott Laboratories after 41 years of service. Proceeded in death by her loving husband, James Brisson, of 51 years. Survived by her 3 sisters, Christine Hawley, Ann Quarfoot, Josephine (Robert) Ripperger, her brother Joseph (Vicky) Shega, Edyth Brisson, Joanne Brisson, Eleanor Brisson, brother-in-law Willard Williamson, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was also proceeded in death by her parents, Joseph and Johana Shega and 3 sisters, Amelia Eliasen, Antonia Gundersen, and Margaret Filkas. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13 at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, Waukegan (624 Douglas Avenue) from 10 to 11 AM followed by a mass of Christian burial at 11:00 AM.
