

Javier Fajardo, a devoted husband, father, and friend, passed away unexpectedly on January 29th, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and warmth. He was born on March 14, 1961, in La Luz, Michoacán, Mexico, and departed from this world surrounded by love and prayer.
Javier married the love of his life, Lidia Gallegos, in September 1985, and this year would have marked their 39th wedding anniversary. Their enduring love was a testament to the strength of their bond and the foundation of their family.
An avid traveler, Javier found joy in exploring new places, especially the serene beaches that brought peace to his soul. Each year, he and Lidia returned to their hometown in La Luz, Michoacán, to reconnect with their roots and create cherished memories with family and friends.
Javier's home was a haven for those he loved. He took great pleasure in hosting gatherings, where his family and friends were welcomed with open arms. A master of home projects, he had a true talent for fixing anything and everything, turning his house into a place of warmth and comfort.
In addition to his many talents, Javier was also a culinary maestro. His kitchen was filled with the delicious aromas of meals prepared with love. Family and friends were treated to his amazing cooking, a reflection of his passion for creating memorable moments around the dining table.
Music was a significant part of Javier's life, and he had a particular fondness for serenading his beloved bride. His passion for music, coupled with his melodious voice, created an atmosphere of joy and celebration in his home.
Javier's heart of gold made him a welcoming presence to anyone fortunate enough to cross his path. With a great sense of humor, he was always ready to share a laugh and a smile. A natural dancer, Javier never shied away from the dance floor, bringing joy to every celebration.
In his youth and fatherhood, Javier worked hard to provide for his family, setting an example of dedication and hard work. His nurturing and affectionate nature created a loving and supportive family environment that will forever be his enduring legacy.
He is preceded in death by his Father Blas Fajardo. Survived by his Mother Maria De La Luz Mora; Spouse Lidia Fajardo; Children and Spouses Eric and Yuridia Fajardo, Dion and Jennifer Fajardo, Lindsey and Neil Soni; and Grandchildren Jaiden Fajardo, Dion Fajardo Jr., Dillion Fajardo, Jade Fajardo.
Javier Fajardo will be remembered as a loving husband, a caring father, a generous friend, and a vibrant soul who embraced life with laughter and love. Though he may no longer be with us, his spirit will live on in the hearts and memories of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
A visitation will be held on Friday, February 9th, 2024 from 5-8pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church on Saturday, February 10th, 2024 at 11am with burial at Ascension Cemetery to follow.
