Kathleen Allen Walsh

Kathleen Allen Walsh passed away Oct. 7, 2024, at her home in Mundelein, IL at the age of 69. Kathy was born on April 21, 1955 in Portland, OR. Kathy called Indianapolis her home, though she lived in cities throughout the United States. She attended St. Luke Catholic School and graduated from Ladywood High School. Kathy graduated from Indiana University. Her career in retail marketing and auto sales allowed her to travel the country in pursuit of her goals. Born to Barbara June Reich (deceased) and Lawrence Joseph Walsh (deceased), Kathy was the youngest of three siblings that included brothers John Lawrence Walsh (deceased) and Brian Farrell Allee-Walsh (Jennie). Kathy is survived by her brother Brian (Jennie), nieces Katherine Allee-Walsh Keller (Tobey), Jessica Allee-Walsh, Sarah Allee-Walsh, great niece (Izabella Magnolia Keller), step-sister Karen Killinger and step sister-in-law Sally Killinger. Kathy loved her family and especially her niece, Izzy. In addition, she adored her two roommates -- kitties Montana and Daisy -- and maintained a "crush'' on former NFL and Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Montana. A lover of music, pedicures, spas, fantasy football and visits to the gym, Kathy enjoyed her times visiting family in the deep south talking sports and eating seafood. The final disposition of Kathy's ashes took place at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
