Kimberly A. Minarik, 48, of Lake Bluff, IL, passed away June 15, 2010 at Vista East Medical Center and was born December 14, 1961 in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. Kimberly enjoyed caring for pets especially her two dogs, crocheting, playing bingo and spending time with family. Her loving personality will be missed by all. Kimberly is survived by her husband Thomas P. Minarik, sons Phillip (Amber) Mathis and Thomas (Kellee) Minarik; Mother Lorraine B. Mathis, aunt Mary Knapp and uncle Donald Debaere. Preceded in death by her father Phillip H. Mathis, grandparents Ernest & Bernice Clauer. Visitation is Thursday 5-9 pm at Marsh Funeral Home, 305 Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL. 60031.
