Patricia A. Bell

Patricia was a life-long Waukegan resident and graduated from Waukegan High School in 1964. She retired from her job as a cashier at Jewel after 30 years. In retirement, Pat enjoyed meeting with her cousins for a monthly lunch get-together. She was grateful for her many friendships and known to so many as, “Aunt Pat.”

She enjoyed a bit of gaming at a local casino, scratch-offs and playing the Lotto which she often won, to her great pleasure! Pat was a good cook, and often made one of her signature desserts - Cherries in the Snow. She was a dog lover, and she and Bruce welcomed many dogs into their lives over the years.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents Victor K. And Marguerite L. Mitrikeff, sisters Regina Mitrikeff and Marsha (Charles) Galinis and brother Victor (Vicki) Mitrikeff.

She is survived and missed dearly by her husband Bruce of Waukegan; her daughter Michelle (PJ) Bell of Cape Coral, FL, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at Marsh Funeral Home (305 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL, 60031) on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 1 PM with a memorial service at 3 PM.
