Beloved husband of the late Anita. Cherished father of Micah & his wife Bridget of Boonton, NJ.

Dear brother of Judy Goldberg and Ester Kaufman.

Alfred was a member of the Teaneck Jewish Center, Teaneck, NJ for over 45 years. He enjoyed woodworking and became an expert in this hobby.

Alfred served our country as a WWII US Army Veteran with the 96th Infantry Division. He was a member of the Veteran organization Deadeyes of the Leyte & Okinawa Campaigns, www.96deadeyes.org. Alfred has also been featured on the History Channel of Great Battles of the Pacific.

The funeral service will be held 12:30 PM on Tuesday December 6th at our chapel 402 Park Street, Hackensack, NJ 07601.

Friends may begin to arrive at 11:45 for ample time to pay respects to the family.

Interment will follow at Cedar Park Cemetery, Paramus, NJ.

Donations may be in Alfred’s memory to the Charity of your choice.
