passed away on March 8th after a long bout with cancer. Born on May 21,,1930 in
Berlin Germany, her family will remember her eternal optimism, unconditional love,
and never-ending support. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Alexander,
her children Karen [Edward Dovner), David [Maura Keating), and Dina (Kerry
Cochran) and her grandchildren Justin, Kyle, Danielle Cochran, and Matthew
Hirschler. Alice, who left Germany in 1941, has a standing exhibit at the Jewish
Museum in Berlin. She had many passions and pursuits including Hadassah, Mah-
Jong, crossword puzzles, travel, and reading. She will be missed by all who knew
her. Services will be held at Gutterman Musicant in Hackensack N.J. on Monday,
March 10. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Hadassah
(Hadassah.org) or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (mskcc.org/giving).
