Elaine Frances Schwarcz Kotkin has departed the bounds of this Earth and moved on to whatever paradise awaits the most beautiful souls among us. She leaves us grateful for her life and cherishing her blessed memory.
Holding on to each other and remembering her, exactly as she would have wanted, she leaves her adoring and dedicated husband of sixty-one (61) years, Stanley Harold Kotkin, her children Edward, Eve and Kenneth, her daughter-in-laws Ellen and Amy, her grandchildren Dana, David, Alexa, Marlee, Ziggy, Max, and Ari, and too many beloved friends and others to list.
She was a woman of tremendous intelligence, impact, and insight. The world is better for having had her, if even for a short while. Her heart and soul were inspirational and magnificent to behold.
She was joyful, playful, and grateful. She was abundant in love, generous in compassion, and overflowing in kindness. Like her own beloved mother Florence, she was a nurse, through and through. She was an extraordinary and sometimes even magical caretaker and healer, of the body and spirit.
