High School Friends- - We tried to meet for lunch about every 6 weeks. Floretta was able to make a few. It’s important to keep in touch and remember all the good times and memories through the years. Always remember Good Friends!!

My dear “Sister friend”Floretta will be sorely missed,not only by me, but my entire family,as they followed her journey , through me all these years. For the past five years as you can see from my sister Diane Laden’s heartfelt comment she knew Floretta 
 and her family as well as I did.We met many years ago when Barbara Rosenberg, her Bestie, introduced me to her when our children were all the same age and went to nursery school together at United hebrew. That was about 50+ years ago. 
 She was always there for me when I had a crisis and always helped me through my losses .? My loss of my Husband at 45 Billy and Floretta were there for me. I will be ever grateful to her and her family.Jason and Randi Harriet, Renee and Susan are wonderful caregivers. They were so wonderful to Floretta ALWAYS. I will miss our talks at least two or three times a day ,Floretta I want you to know I will miss you terribly . Rest in Peace dear friend . Love you and your family .🩷✡️All my love ,

To the family of Floretta Glinsky,
           To have known Floretta is to have been taught invaluable lessons on resilense, courage, compassion and faith. To have known Floretta is to have learned how unconditional love and support is accepted by one’s family with their unspoken commitment to love and devotion ! 
            May her wonderful family and friends be blessed forever for providing Floretta with the strength and will to fight her battle with such positivity and courage ! Each of you have done so much to help Floretta live with dignity and hope’.it takes a village , but in Floretta’s situation ,
She created this army of loving soldiers to dedicate their lives to her as she battled through endless trips to New York City , Red Bank and other great hospitals in New Jersey. Randi has been by her side monitoring every piece of food, medications., and making sure her contacts were monitored as well. Jason was hopping flights home from Florida to be there whenever he was needed with his medical and pure loving son support. Rene’ Susan and Harriet  were the wonderful sisters who were always available to help out! My sister Sandra Hirsch was by her side or by the phone to give support whenever needed. Barbara Rosenberg has always been the great friend for many years. It does take a village , but Floretta has been there for each one of her team. When they needed her most .
I will miss her physical presence on earth, but I’ll never forget her huge caring heart ! Xxxoooo

Floretta,
Rest in peace. You have no more pain. At some point we will all meet up again for lunch. So long my friend for a while. Save a table for us. We had good times in high school and we all remained friends. I will miss you, my friend.

My heart is breaking for all of you.  I have know Floretta since we were 5 or 6 years old. We may not have spoken to each other every day but when we did speak we just picked up where we left off.

The best conversations we had were before Passover & Rosh Hashanah.  We probably spent about 2 hours comparing recipes and realized we cooked almost the same.

I will miss our phone calls and I will miss my dear friend Floretta.  I am so happy that I was able to see her last week.

May she rest in peace and may her memory be a blessing. ✡️
