Mrs. Mendelson was born in Bronx, NY and lived in Passaic and Glen Rock before moving to Hackensack.
She was the beloved wife of the late Fred Mendelson, loving mother of Richard Mendelson (Joanne Freed) and Susan Mendelson, dear sister of Joyce Salow and loving grandmother to Jessica and Eric.
Mrs. Mendelson was a member of Women’s American ORT for 68 years, holding office as the National Treasurer and as a representative to the World ORT Board.
A graveside service will be held 10:30am, today, Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Beth El Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652.
