Robert Wolmer, 65, passed away on November 20, 2025, in Tenafly, New Jersey. Born on February 7, 1960, in New York City, Robert was a man who pursued knowledge and endurance sports with fervor, while also taking the time to explore and travel the world.
A graduate of Yale University and Yale Law School, Robert prioritized education and a love for learning.
He completed over 60 Ironman Distance Triathlons, and found joy in skiing, sailing, and traveling with his family, activities that embodied his adventurous spirit and love of discovery. He adored his dogs, and was also an avid movie enthusiast and history buff.
Robert is loved and remembered by his wife, Meg; his children, Sophie, Jake, and Makenna; and his mother, Bella. He was predeceased by his beloved father David.
