Solomon Soll passed away peacefully on August 3, 2018 just shy of his 100th birthday. Born in NYC, he and his family lived in River Edge for many years. He loved bowling, skiing, and tennis, and traveled Europe & the US. Sol was instrumental in the growth of TTYs for the deaf in the NY/NJ area.
Most of all Sol loved his family and they absolutely adored him. He is survived by his daughters Naomi Soll (Norman Herman) and Cynthia Bequeaith (Geoff Bequeaith) and their children and grandchildren, former wife Alice P. Soll, niece Lena Morreale (Peter Morreale), and Horace Smith.
Services will be held Sunday the 5th at Gutterman & Musicant, Hackensack NJ. Gathering 1pm, Service 2pm, Shiva 4-7pm in River Edge at 745 7th Avenue.
