March 25th, 1944-October 22nd, 2025
Stan was the most altruistic, loving, caring, and ambitious person you will ever meet. He touched the lives of everyone who he came in contact with and left them with a smile.
Stan was born in Manhattan in 1944 to Sam and Nannette Krawitz; who treated him like he was the most precious child any set of parents could wish for. His father, Sam, a successful business lawyer taught Stan how to be succeed in his life; whether it’s his career or his personal life. His mother, Nannette, taught him how to be the loving man he always was. Stan would always tell others about his time at Palisades Amusement Park as a child, Bermuda as a young adult, and Martha’s Vineyard when he was older. As a traveler, his favorite thing to do was to meet and help new people.
He attended Fordham University and Georgetown University where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Business Management and started his 35 year career at the, “Bergen Record Newspaper,” where he would win awards, accomplish many goals, and be promoted to Executive of Major Accounts in the Sales Department.
He is survived by his friend, Justin Miller, who was like a son to him. Justin viewed Stan as a father-figure and would look up to him as a role model, a mentor, and a best friend. He will be missed by all of his friends, but the memories he left with us will live on forever.
